On April 18, 2019, Ding, the County Chief of Ding County, Xinhe County, Aksu, Xinjiang, led a delegation to visit Hangzhou Zaopin St Co., Ltd. Upon arrival, Ding, along with the delegation, immediately proceeded to tour the production workshops of Zaopin St . Subsequently, they visited the company's research and development center and the academician workstation, where they gained insights into Zaopin St 's technologies and ongoing projects in the oilfield environmental protection industry. They engaged in in-depth discussions with Mr. Dai Baiping, the General Manager of Zaopin St Co., Ltd.

The delegation expressed appreciation for Zaopin St 's achievements in the field of oilfield environmental protection and offered guidance on potential challenges that may arise during project implementation. Finally, they tentatively agreed on the intention to collaborate on the Huanhua Mud Treatment Station project in Xinhe County.

Under the guidance of Ding, the County Chief of Xinhe County, Zaopin St will continue to strive for excellence in oilfield environmental protection, aiming to become a global leader in this field.
